Congratulations on Hebei Renai Senior Care established and adopted a provincial acceptance test of standardization of services
On 18th October 2017, Entrusted by Hebei Provincial Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision, Shi jiazhuang Provincial Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision invited specialists from Hebei Institute of Standardization; Shi jiazhuang Civil Affairs Bureau; The Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University; Changan Fengye Homestead; Shi jiazhuang Provincial Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision(Chang’an district) as members of an evaluation group to assess the pilot project of service industry standardization in Hebei province undertaking by Hebei Renai Senior Care. The panel debriefed the institute about the works on standardization as well as conducting field visits. They also carefully consulted the relevant information on the standardization of Construction and after discussion and evaluation according to the "Implementing rules on pilot project of service industry standardization ", the pilot project of service industry standardization undertaking by Hebei Renai Senior Care passed the examination by 95.5 points.
After Hebei Renai Senior Care has been undertaking the pilot construction work of service standardization in Hebei Province, it was highly valued by leadership group and a pilot construction leading group of service standardization which leads by chairman was set up. They formulated and implemented the "Service Standardization Work Programme", defined the standardization of the objectives and tasks, through the close cooperation between departments, make a clear division of responsibility to the people, took effective measures, defined clear responsibilities between each department to work effectively through coordination and cooperation. It has laid a solid foundation for the smooth development of the service standardization pilot work.
Secondly, since the implementation of the service standardization pilot project, Hebei Renai Senior Care has conscientiously implemented "Service Standardization Work Programme", strengthened standardized training, standardized working procedures, streamlined work processes, improved working efficiency, improved service quality, and made management more standardized and orderly.
Wu Weidong, chairman of Hebei Renai Senior Care, has put forward some suggestions for improving the pilot project of service standardization, the first is to further enhance the publicity and training of standardized knowledge and improve the sense of standardization of all staff.
